Shipping policy

All items will be shipped either USPS or UPS  and tracking will be provided once label is created. If you do not receive tracking please email knot.threads@gmail.com and we can provide.

Once the items leaves our hands we are not responsible for the package.

Lost Packages

If items get lost in transit we will assist the customer in attempting to track down packages and file insurance claims, but we will not be responsible to reship items or reimburse if claims are denied by USPS or UPS.

Insurance

Packages are insured for $50 automatically with USPS, if more insurance is requested please reach out to us prior ro ordering for an accurate price and invoice.
